We offer currently 2 shipping methods, UPS, and store pickup. We try our best to maintain a real time inventory, but due to walk in sales it is not always 100% up to date, we will notify you at earliest opportunity to let you know if this is the case. The shipping charge is sometimes calculated higher than it should for UPS (on small light items), so before we charge your card or wait to send us a check or money order until you get the actual shipping cost, we will contact you with the exact total.

Kits will ship same day if in stock, otherwise there may be a 2-3 day delay. We try hard to stock the most we can for Mugen racers, but sometimes we will have to get the item in for you, which usually takes 1-2 days, if its not in stock.
  Bear with us as we grow and provide more products and more services for our valued clients. Items in stock will be shipped usually the same day of order if its before 2pm EST. If your order includes backordered items, you can wait and have all shipped at once when everything is in, or ship partial orders, again you will be contacted. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

Continue through the checkout process and select check or money order. We will contact you through your email/phone number you have provided, and give you a total amount for the cost of shipping and the item. From here we can get your paypal/credit card information for us to continue the shipping procedure and get your order out to you as soon as possible. 

Domestic UPS Shipping Methods

UPS Ground - UPS Ground packages are shipped in cardboard boxes, and arrive in 1-5 days, depending on your location.  
If you live in GA, SC, and parts of , NC, VA, AL, FL and TN, your order will arrive in 1-2 business days!  If you live in VA, WV, MS, LA, AR, IL, IN, MI, OH, PA, NJ, MD, DE, CT and parts of MO and NY, your order will arrive in 1-2 business days!

UPS 3 Day Select - UPS 3 Day Select packages will arrive 3 days after the order is shipped, guaranteed.  UPS delivers Monday - Friday to most locations.

UPS 2nd Day Air - UPS 2nd Day Air packages will arrive 2 days after the order is shipped, guaranteed.  UPS delivers Monday - Friday to most locations.

UPS Next Day Air - UPS Next Day Air packages will arrive 1 day after the order is shipped, guaranteed.  UPS delivers Monday - Friday to most locations.

Returns / Exchanges

Returns
We will accept returns of unopened merchandise only UNLESS there is a manufacturers packing error. Big ticket items like radios and kits are not eligible for refunds.

Returns will receive a shopping credit equal to the value of the item purchased.

No credits for shipping will be given unless the mistake is ours
Any items that are new and unused may be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange within 10 days of purchase.  Any items that were purchased 10 days or more ago are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  To return merchandise, please contact us to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.  We can be reached at 1-706-549-9300, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5 pm Eastern Standard Time, or at sales@racemugen.com.

If your order was shipped using free or discounted shipping, and you return your entire order, your refund may be reduced by the actual shipping charges paid for your order.

Any items that are defective or damaged should be returned to the manufacturer for service or replacement per the item warranty.  We only carry products from manufacturers that stand behind their products and provide good customer support for their products.  If you have any problems regarding a claim with a manufacturer, please contact us.
